Rocklee

North Sydney, NSW

Restoration and additions to a 1858 stone cottage, involved removal of unsympathetic additions, new additions and internal changes. A local council Heritage item on a very restricted site. The new additions to the rear faced south and the city skyline housed the new kitchen and dining with a roof designed to scoop the northern light. The original 2 sided verandah was reinstated and internal circulation rationalised along with a new off street car space integrated into the land scape.
