Contemporary additions to the State listed Heritage Item Hy Brasil by architect Alexander Stewart Jolly. Built in 1936 on a ridge amongst an Angophora forest at Avalon on the northern Beaches. The new additions consisting of a series of stone and timber connected pavilions set below the original cottage with green roofs connected to the original via a sunken courtyard.
