XXL Table

The XXL table was developed in response to several previous prototype tables designed by Caroline Casey for houses designed by Casey Brown Architecture. The prominent design challenge for all these tables, and as expressed in the XXL was to maintain strength over a single extended length while maintaining visual lightness. XXL is the outcome of a collaboration between Caroline Casey, Jeffrey Broadfield and Steve Moxham from McConaghys. resulted in a high tech light weight table with the core strength of ten steel beams in a 55kg table.
